The 138 Enterprise Email system adopts a two-level storage structure, where email indexes record the location of emails, and email data has no direct association with storage devices. To add new storage space, you only need to mount the storage directory, adjust the directory storage weight, and then restart the storage MS service to complete the expansion, which has almost no impact on users.
Starting with 10G, it automatically expands as users' storage capacity increases, without affecting customers' normal use.
